As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven Industrial Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with top employers. The Role As an Industrial Recruiter, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process - from sourcing and screening candidates to building strong client partnerships. You'll be working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where you will be managing a busy Temporary Industrial Desk. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial roles. Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms. Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates. Match the right people to the right roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored staffing solutions. Maintain and expand a high-quality candidate database within the industrial sector. Handle all aspects of compliance, onboarding, and reference checks. Conduct on-site client visits to strengthen partnerships and gain operational insights. Achieve individual and team targets, contributing to overall business success. What We're Looking For Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within the industrial, logistics, or warehousing sectors. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Commercially aware with a results-driven, proactive approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Competent with Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.
