Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our spa facilities are clean, well-maintained, and inviting. You will assist in providing a relaxing atmosphere for our clients, supporting our spa staff, and enhancing the overall guest experience. ?Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa area, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and restrooms. Prepare and restock treatment rooms with necessary supplies. Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Provide information about spa services and promote special offers to clients. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products and supplies. Report any maintenance issues to management for timely resolution. Assist with laundry duties, ensuring fresh linens and towels are available. Uphold spa policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience. Opening and closing the spa. Qualifications: Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
