eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Project Manager (Cybersecurity). This is a day contractpositionposition located with our client in Dublin. This is ahybrid role requiring 2 days on-site per week. Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of ICT projects. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance structures. Collaborate with Cyber Security and Architecture to ensure secure-by-design solutions. Oversee budgets in excess of €5 million, including variance and forecast reporting. Track project progress and provide clear updates to executive sponsors and steering groups. Identify and manage project risks, escalating where necessary. Ensure delivery aligns with PMO governance, documentation, and controls. Support the preparation of funding submissions. Contribute to other ICT initiatives as required. Requirements: 5+ years managing ICT projects in complex environments. Demonstrable experience delivering cyber related projects. PRINCE2, PMI, or similar certification. Proven budget ownership and reporting at a €5m+ level. Strong understanding of structured/waterfall delivery; Agile/hybrid a bonus. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing vendors, contracts, and commercial dependencies. Desirable Experience: Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or other cybersecurity frameworks. Background in regulated sectors or public governance environments. Strong working knowledge of structured project assurance and controls. Exposure to onboarding or risk assessment tools/processes in TPRM. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
