They are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Associate to join their Network Operations and Customer Support Centre in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. As the first point of contact for support queries, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, service coordination, and technical problem-solving. Youll also contribute directly to business insights by generating reports that support service performance tracking, invoicing, and operational planning.
