Join us in the heart of Grouper's Project Management Team As a French Speaking Project Support Specialist at our SaaS company, you will play an important role in ensuring our French-speaking clients have a seamless and successful experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include basic project coordination and collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service. Your main goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert gauge support to the project manager.

The role's areas of focus:

- Langauge: Native French Speaker

- Team Collaboration: Function effectively in a team environment while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

- Customer Support: Resolve customer requests initiated through various support channels, including telephone and online project requests.

- Collaborative Environment: Contribute to a fast-paced and highly collaborative team-based work environment.

- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively support end users.

- Customer Communication: Keep customers informed of progress and manage exceptions effectively.

Responsibilities

- Client Support: Provide first-line support to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting.

- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress. Generate reports on client issues and project status to inform continuous improvement efforts.

- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between French-speaking clients and our internal teams. Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

- Experience: Graduate, or minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant area.

- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Deadline Oriented: Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, demonstrating drive and commitment to delivery.

- Cloud Deployment: Knowledge of cloud deployment models and validation of post-deployment service operations.

- Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Digital Security Awareness: Strong awareness of digital security practices and protocols

- Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support.

- Project Management: Experience managing projects, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using various software tools and technologies. Ability to quickly learn and understand new SaaS products and features.
