Appliance & Electronics Technician

As an Appliance & Electronics Technician, you will diagnose and repair customer units. Your responsibilities include:

- Contact customers at the start of each workday
- Handle all scheduled calls for the day
- Diagnose appliances and electronics accurately
- Order parts and document comments in the work order from the customer's home
- Install parts and test unit operation after installation
- Call tech support and document calls after failed repairs
- Complete billing notes from the customer's home
- Perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of this position

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
