High-Volume Residential Project Finishing Foreman Required

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman to lead our team on a brand-new residential development project in North Dublin.

  • Report directly to the Project Manager and Site Manager
  • Liaise with subcontractors and manage material procurement
  • Oversee completion of high-standard finishes and meet project deadlines
  • Manage and drive a labor force, ensuring Health & Safety compliance
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Finishing Foreman or equivalent
  • Trade qualification or construction certification (Carpentry/Joinery preferred)
  • Proven track record on high-volume residential projects
