This role offers the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This is a great opening for a motivated individual to play a key part in delivering essentialwater and civil infrastructure developments across the region. Your Role Will Include: Promoting and upholding the highest HSQE standards on-site at all times Reviewing construction work packages prior to execution Overseeing daily site operations and supervising site teams Identifying and advising on commercial risks and opportunities Coordinating with internal departments and external partners Managing accurate site documentation and records Supporting project planning, design input, and stakeholder engagement Keeping senior management informed on project progress and challenges What You Bring: Prior experience in a Site Agent or Site Management role Background incivil engineering orwater infrastructure projects Valid and current health & safety training certifications Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southeast Why Work With Us?
