MEP Site Agent - (Construction Manager) We are currently recruiting a MEP Site Agent to work for a leading Irish General Contractor on a HyperscaleData Centre project in Belgium on a fixed term contract. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres. Responsibilities: Set, monitor, and enforce the standards of safety, and exemplary quality of work Supervising construction activities, organising workers plant, machinery and materials Communicating project progress to key stakeholders, such as the client, architects, engineers Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel within your area Overseeing sub-contractors Assume a leadership role on site with regard to the work being carried out in your area and by following & implementing the site safety plan & rules Maintain discipline on site, report any incidents and take action as appropriate Plan labour & material resources required for the area Previous experience with either MEP packages or CSA packages Check all materials before install to ensure they are fit for use & comply with the project specifications Assist in ensuring systems are handed over to the client Requirements Detailed knowledge of CSA or MEP Packages Commercial understanding Health, Safety and Environmental systems Previous experience in logistics, ideally in construction industry Previous supervisory skills desirable An EU Passport is required Benefits: Base Salary equivalent to €90K €100k DOE Work in fantastic European locations.
