Job Description Bar Staff required to join the Noel Group Temporary Team. Are you passionate about delivering and committed to provide exceptional service? We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Bar staff to be part of our client's vibrant team. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers. Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized in a busy bar setting. A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Your Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards. Ensure a clean and organized bar area, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and engaging with guests. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently. Work with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods. Requirements: Must have the right to work in Ireland Must have 1 year experience Manual Handling and Food Safety level 1, certificate.
