What you'll do
As a HR Generalist, you will:

Lead recruitment and retention strategies

Partner with Operations teams to understand upcoming needs and proactively fill gaps

Provide hands-on HR generalist support, including HR issues, onboarding, policy guidance, and performance management

Be the point of contact for line managers and staff in this division

Streamline and implement processes for managing a highly scalable workforce

What you bring
The ideal candidate for this HR Generalist role is someone who thrives in a busy environment and bring a partnership approach. Key skills and experience sought are:

Proven experience as HR Executive/ HR Generalist in a fast-paced operational environment

Background in hospitality, education, or food service is highly desirable

Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management

Ability to build HR processes and improve HR service delivery

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment within tight delivery deadlines
