CPL are looking to speak with candidates interested or experienced in HR Administration. There has been a number of these roles come in recently, particularly in East and North Cork: Core Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 Fully Onsite: 5 days a week Immediately available Responsibilities Input and update candidate data on the internal system. Ensuring all the required documentation is received from employees and processed. Complete regular checks and audits across the HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Passing relevant information to internal payroll for employees to be paid and support the weekly/monthly payroll process. Collate and format reports as requested for the HR function. Assist with any/all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain and develop training systems and procedures. Key Requirements 2+ years experience in HR Administration or similar administration roles. Must be proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook). Experience in using internal systems, CRM or HR training programs. Data accuracy and input experience very beneficial. Competent working in a busy, hands-on environment Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
