HR Administrator - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Xanadu is seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator & Personal Assistant to support the CEO and provide administrative support across the HR function. This dual role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's diary, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with HR administration to support the employee lifecycle.

What will I be doing?

HR Administration:

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, new starter packs, and leaver documentation.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Support with office management as and when required.

Personal Assistant to CEO:

  • Manage the CEO's diary, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and anticipating scheduling needs.
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Manage correspondence and act as the first point of contact for the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a PA or administrative role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience in HR administration or related fields preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in all work.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
