About the company:

Our client, Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland and Europe, with a specific focus on large scale data centre, pharma, healthcare, and commercial construction. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout the globe.

About the role:

- Dublin based position
- Join a highly reputable M&E Contractor
- Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader
- Working on multimillion data centre, pharma, and commercial projects

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Lead all financial and management aspects of the project
- Oversee project team, labour control, and coordination
- Liaise regularly with key project stakeholders
- Ensure quality and health & safety standards are met
- Deliver electrical projects on time and within budget
- Strong commercial, contractual, and team leadership skill

Position requirements:

- A relevant Level 7 (3rd Level) Electrical Qualification is an advantage
- Background in the electrical trade is desirable
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential
- Proven experience in managing electrical projects is required
- Strong delegation and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with wider project teams
