Our client is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Branch Manager in their Sandyford location to assist the branch manager to continue driving the development of the branch business plan in order to achieve revenue, profit, margin, customer service and safety goals. Job role: Work closely with the Branch Manager to assist in driving the development of the Branch Maintain customer & branch contracts/pricing structures Oversee management of Aged Stock & special items Support the stock control department Provide leadership in resolving supplier or customer queries as required Ensuring that all policies, procedures and controls are followed at all times within the retail department Competent in all branch support activities, e.g., till, reception, goods inwards, ordering, etc., in order to provide short term & immediate back-up when required & act as an advisor when necessary Must have full competence with standard software packages, including MS Word and Excel Benefits Package Performance Related Bonus Company Vehicle and Mobile phone Company Pension Scheme Competitive salary and opportunity for Excellent Career Staff Discount Skills: management construction timber
