A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The Croke Park, as our People & Culture Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional that is looking to grow and develop their career. As the People & Culture Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the hotel, playing an instrumental role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee wellbeing, and driving engagement across the team. We are looking for a person with solid HR experience in a similar environment, who is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellence across all aspects of People & Culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong level of effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills, along with a strategic mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for people development.
