A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The Croke Park, as our People & Culture Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional that is looking to grow and develop their career. As the People & Culture Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the hotel, playing an instrumental role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee wellbeing, and driving engagement across the team. We are looking for a person with solid HR experience in a similar environment, who is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellence across all aspects of People & Culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong level of effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills, along with a strategic mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for people development. Responsibilities include: Implementing the people strategy Managing a performance management system/process Ensuring the company's procedures comply with Irish employment legislation Handling all aspects of employee relations Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off Liaising with HODs to implement appropriate career pathing and promotion planning Working with HODs to manage weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring labour costs are in line with budget Manage day-to-day HR function in an effective and efficient manner Supporting management in all in all performance and succession planning As a People & Culture Manager at the Croke Park, you will be working for the family-owned Doyle Collection Hotel group, which means there are plenty of opportunities for your career to grow in Ireland and further afield in the UK and the USA The Doyle Collection The Doyle Collection is a carefully curated collection of eight Irish family-owned luxury and urban hotels located centrally in London, Dublin, Washington DC, Cork and Bristol.
