Job Description Nostra is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Ireland, dedicated to delivering advanced IT solutions that enable businesses to build reliable, secure, and scalable IT foundations. Nostra is exponentially growing and we are expanding our Sales Department Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway and Cork. Responsibilities Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in the CRM. Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery, Installation & invoicing. Customer Relationship Management: Assist Account managers in managing customer accounts. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Manage software subscriptions on behalf of our clients. Cross Selling/Upselling. Sales Documentation: Prepare and distribute sales quotes & proposals. Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities. Provide sales performance data to support strategic decision-making. Sales Support Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Training & Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new sales team members. Provide training on sales tools, systems, and best practices. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Autotask desired. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
