Overview One of Europe’s leading building contractors has an exceptional opportunity to work on a high profile commercial construction project in Dublin City. The project is currently in delivery phase and they are looking to source a Senior Safety Advisor on site to work with an established safety team. The role will report to a Safety Manager who is collaborative and passionate about safety and people.
Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Commercial Construction – Dublin City.
Responsibilities Carrying out site inspections / audits
Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are being adhered to
Issuing H&S templates to the internal team
Monitor and report on site accidents and incidents and report through internal procedures
Support and advise on HSE management and compliance
Work with a team to promote a positive safety culture
Promote a proactive HSE attitude among employees and site staff
Experience & Qualifications Degree qualified preferably in safety or related
Previous building construction project experience is essential
Direct experience of working on-site or supporting project related Health & Safety
IT literate
Ability to write clear concise reports
Experienced Safety Advisor, not entry level
