Digital Safety Specialist

Are you fluent in Arabic (Iraqi), Dutch, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Lithuanian, or Slovenian? Join our team as a Digital Safety Specialist and help shape a safer and more inclusive online community.

As a Digital Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content. You’ll investigate reported issues, enforce community standards, and provide insights to improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.

- Enforce the client’s Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse.

- Stay up-to-date on the client’s products and community standards.

- Leverage market-specific knowledge to propose scalable solutions for community support.

- Analyse data to identify trends and improve user experiences.

- Escalate issues outside company policy to global teams when necessary.

- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.

Language Requirements

- Fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic (Iraqi), Dutch, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Lithuanian, or Slovenian (oral and written).

- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Contract Details

Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford (on-site only; remote work is not available)

Working Hours: Choose between:

- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends/bank holidays)

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: €31,063/year

- Evening shift uplift: +25% for late hours

- €12/day travel allowance (before tax) for evening shifts

- Quarterly performance-based bonus (10%)
