Sales Support – New Homes, Galway, Connacht
Sherry FitzGerGerald New Homes is the largest specialist team of New Home property advisors and sales agents in Ireland. We are managing many of the substantial new home schemes nationally and our clients include some of the most established developers in Ireland.
We are recruiting for a Sales Support to join our team in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious candidate to progress their property career.
This position would be suitable for candidates commencing the Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing sales support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the New Homes team.
- Respond to all email requests/enquiries and telephone enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all enquiries are accurately recorded on the relevant RPS development enquiry list.
- Assist the team at Open Viewings, Private Viewings and Launches.
- Responsibility for communicating with purchasers to assist in progressing sales to contract signing.
- Assist with processing sales bookings and cancellations.
- Assist with maintaining and updating Property Portals including Web data management.
- Assist with the processing of booking deposits, issue invoices and arrange for deposit transfers.
- Provide back-up support to the Sales team in uploading New Developments to the system.
- Support all New Homes' sales process and operational procedures throughout.
- Ensure the Residential branch network is provided with the necessary information regarding new scheme launches.
- Identify and act on referrals as they present themselves across Sherry FitzGerald Group.
- Knowledge & understanding of response times and actions to be taken in relation to Accounts. E.g. Transfers, return deposits.
- Knowledge and understanding of the PSRA guidelines.
- Champion the Company Values and encourage others to live the values in all dealings with internal colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with new technologies and proficient in MS office packages.
- A full clean driving licence and access to a car.
- Weekends are important for our business and availability will be required.
