Key Account Manager - Distribution Channel (FMCG / Industrial Solutions) Location: Dublin Region (covering 26 counties) Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 base + 30% Bonus | EV/Hybrid Car | Pension | Healthcare | 25 Days Leave We're recruiting for a market-leading organization that provides high-performance products and solutions across multiple sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, facilities, and food production. With a strong brand and a loyal customer base, they're now looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a €10M+ portfolio across Ireland. This is a national role with a focus on key distributor relationships and high-value end users, particularly those operating at group or head office level. Majority of the business will focus on the Dublin/Greater Dublin region, however travel across the island will be required. The Role: This is a senior commercial role, focused on managing strategic distributor partners and large, multi-site end-user accounts. You'll take ownership of a well-established portfolio and be expected to: Build strong relationships at group buyer/head office level Develop tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and margin improvement Work closely with internal stakeholders across technical, marketing and operations Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing accounts Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership Travel across the 26 counties as needed, with a base in the Dublin region This is not a transactional sales role - we're looking for someone who understands how to manage complex key accounts and work with multiple decision-makers to deliver long-term growth.
