We seek a National Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Team.

What We Are Looking For

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, margin, and profitability for your assigned customer, working closely with the Customer Director. Your role involves managing and growing Valeo Foods Ireland brands through strong customer relationships and internal support structures.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Own your customer account, working with the Customer Director to ensure growth.
  2. Manage full P&L responsibility for your customer account.
  3. Ensure visibility and availability of all SKUs within your account.
  4. Negotiate and secure new product listings.
  5. Lead product launches at the customer level.
  6. Coordinate merchandising and sales communication with the retail environment.
  7. Plan and manage customer-specific pricing strategies.
  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to address business challenges.
  9. Leverage marketing insights to drive customer growth.
  10. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  11. Handle inquiries and manage DSO/deductions per policies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of senior commercial sales experience in FMCG.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
  • Excellent presentation skills and customer-facing experience.
  • Strategic thinking with 1-3 year outlook.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial acumen with complex P&L experience.
