Overview Function and objective of the position: Produces/packs all applicable products using specification sheets, verbal and handwritten instructions.
Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the day to day operation, output, Quality and performance of the relevant production / packing line
Operate and monitor the production activities and equipment uptime and target outputs, where applicable
Responsible for supporting all batch documentation and cGMP of each production run
Responsible for all batch documentation and cGMP of each packing run
Support effectively in reviewing and implementing accurate Standard Operating procedures (SOP’s)
Report variance or deviation from Standard Operating Procedures to Supervisor
Maintains production / packing line areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times
Complies with all Safety related procedures
Responsible for the timely set up of packing lines ensuring full line clearance
Additional duties and responsibilities Actively participate in Lean programs with a focus on line efficiency and waste reduction
Regular housekeeping/ cleaning duties
Other duties as requested by Manager/Supervisor

Qualifications Leaving Certificate or equivalent
Good written and oral communication skills required.
Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability.
Must be capable of working individually or in a team environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is an advantage
