Dublin, Ireland CPL Full time

Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, are seeking to appoint a team of Compliance Administrators who will be required to work on a business process outsourcing (BPO) project with our client. Locations are Dublin, Louth, Wicklow, Meath, Kildare.

This role will on a fixed-term contract basis for approximately 6 months, and the working hours will be full-time Monday to Friday.

This role with involve fully remote working however the potential candidate must be willing to travel to Dublin to complete training and attend meetings with our client.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:

• Monitoring all operational registration and recognition processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure conformity with all legal regulations and ethical standards.

• Overseeing all compliance for applicants.

• Verifying compliance documentation.

• Establishing and maintaining registers of members of the designated profession.

• Deciding on applications for registration and recognition of qualifications gained outside the State.

• Determining whether applicant qualifications meet the requirements for the practise of the profession.

• Performing other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

• Managing applicant queries both via telephone and email – responding within agreed timeframes.

• Escalating complex queries to Supervisor in a timely manner.

• Maintaining accurate records of applications processed.

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer facing / administrative role is desirable.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Ability to work in fast paced environment, both independently as well as part of a team

• Proficient ICT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
