Salary: €75-85k + Bonus
Rocketsuite is delighted to partner with a high-growth Food & Beverage SME based in Dublin City Centre in the search for a dynamic Finance Manager to support their next growth phase.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with a proven track record in high-growth SME environments. While experience in the Food & Beverage sector is preferred, it is not essential.
As Finance Manager , you will play a key role in leading and scaling the finance function during a period of rapid year-on-year growth projected over the next 2–3 years. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight, manage reporting, and help shape the strategic direction of the business.
The role:
Lead the completion of the month-end accounts, including the review of all financial entities across the group.
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and insights for the Board and Executive team.
Business partner with stakeholders to review individual entity performance vs. budget, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives to drive commercial performance.
Play an active role in shaping and evolving the financial strategy as the business embarks on an ambitious expansion plan.
Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) function from end to end, coordinating bi-monthly payment runs and working to automate processes where possible, while maintaining strong purchasing controls.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date balance sheet reconciliations , including prepayments, accruals, intercompany balances, and fixed asset registers with depreciation schedules.
Prepare fully reconciled cash flow reports , including analysis and forecasting, for the group company.
Implement and manage cost centre reporting for departments, including Marketing, HR, and New Business Development.
Take ownership of the outsourced payroll function , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Lead the year-end accounts audit process and coordinate the preparation and filing of corporation tax (CT) returns for all group entities.
The candidate:
Qualified Accountant (ACA /ACCA or CIMA) with 3+ years PQE.
Proven industry experience within an SME.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP / similar ERP.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
