Job Description
As Fuel Transitions Team Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to supporting our customers through the shift from traditional fuels to new and sustainable solutions. This includes managing key programmes across EV adoption, Valero fuel solutions, and AI-driven optimisation projects, ensuring milestones are met and customer success is delivered.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a Fuel Transitions team to deliver against growth and retention targets.
Act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their transition journeys are supported.
Oversee delivery of key projects — setting clear milestones, tracking progress and reporting results.
Recognise opportunities to introduce the full Radius product suite, strengthening customer loyalty and profitability.
Adapt team communication and engagement methods to suit diverse customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support Radius’ strategic business objectives.
Desired skills and experience:
Previous experience managing a team within account management, energy, mobility, or technology sectors.
A track record of delivering projects with defined milestones.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial and negotiation ability.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead through change.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
