A company with an extensive background in carrying out large scale projects across the UK and Europe is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience to operate on a Data Centre project. With a rich history working in various sectors including Civils, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Education, Transport, and Residential, this contractor is never short of work and is always executing projects to the highest standards.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project, you will join a team of Commercial Staff managing a €500 Million contract with the MEP portions under your control. You will be the point of contact for the Commercial Manager, reporting directly to them. The Senior Quantity Surveyor they are searching for must be capable of managing packages of work autonomously, as you will be trusted with your own tasks.

With a longstanding relationship with this multi-national client, they are looking for someone who can maintain that relationship by ensuring the MEP packages of work you oversee are executed to the highest possible standards. With a contractor of this magnitude, you can envision yourself progressing and developing, with opportunities such as gaining your chartership being a real possibility here.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in large infrastructure projects
- Vast experience in MEP
- Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other similar sectors would be highly beneficial
- Degree educated in a relevant field is advantageous
- Chartership or working towards chartership is favorable
