Our client, a highly respected multidisciplinary, multinational design consultancy, is looking for a Building Services Technician to join their team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects across various sectors while collaborating with top-tier professionals in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Main Responsibilities: Assist in the design and coordination of building services systems, including mechanical and electrical services.
Develop and manage BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Support engineers in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a CAD/Revit Technician within a consultancy or engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of BIM processes and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services design principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
A relevant technical qualification in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is desirable.
