Personal Assistant required for Private Family Office in Dublin 2

Aprivate family with a dynamic lifestyle and diverse commitmentsis seeking ahighly organised, discreet, and proactive Private Personal Assistantto support in managing their personal and professional affairs. This role requires exceptional time management, confidentiality, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, streamline daily activities, and enable the principal to focus on high-priority responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the principal's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments Coordinate personal and professional travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for communications (phone calls, emails, correspondence) Handle personal errands, shopping, and ad hoc tasks Oversee household staff or liaise with service providers and contractors Manage confidential documents, bills, and expenses Organise personal & charity events, dinners, or social functions as required Run errands such as dry cleaning, groceries, car maintenance, etc. Maintain and update contact lists, records, and files Assist with personal projects, philanthropic endeavours, or investments if required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role Impeccable organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to travel as needed Full Drivers Licence Experience in private households, luxury environments, or high-net-worth settings is a plus Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am5pm, flexible with on-call availability, occasional weekends Compensation & Benefits: Salary €55k-€60k Hybrid working role with huge level of autonomy & flexibility Discretionary bonus Pension / Paid time off / Travel expenses / Other perks To apply please contact Richard Minchin on the Lex Consultancy team Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
