Role overview

This is a field sales function within one NSC with the responsibility to develop existing and new customers and accounts to achieve the business plan for the dedicated area.

Responsibilities

- Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors and installers to identify projects. Support consultants and installers on designing projects with Panasonic solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Follow up projects on Salesforce and manage the project pipeline regularly.
- Support installers and consultants with trainings regarding products and software for the responsible product category.
- Provide market feedback to Product Managers, reflect information into personal strategy/tactics, and suggest measures to achieve strategic goals.
- Identify and build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business.
- Coordinate with relevant internal partners to follow up project installations from product sales to commissioning, to minimise installation problems and improve customer service.
- Ensure documentation of the project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.

Experience, Knowledge and skills:

- Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Effective use of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques.
- Good understanding and impact of legislation and regulations relevant to the business or function.
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to personal development using the Panasonic Leadership Principles.

Qualifications

- Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial.

What we offer

Salary range: dependent on experience

Annual Bonus scheme

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 27 days on completion of 3 years of service)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time

Location: Republic of Ireland (Field Based) – national travel will be required
