This long-established contractor has been delivering high-quality construction projects for over 95 years and is recognised as one of Irelands most respected and innovative builders, with a strong reputation across commercial, residential, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. This is a high-profile project with significant complexity, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of Corks largest hotel developments to date. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale hotel project. Supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct site staff to ensure quality and programme adherence. Implement and enforce Health & Safety policies, RAMS, and inductions. Monitor progress against project schedules and drive productivity. Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and the client team to ensure successful delivery. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with design specifications and BCAR requirements. Deliver the project to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial, hotel, or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and programme management. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large site teams. Health & Safety focused, with a track record of safe project delivery. Degree/trade background in construction, engineering, or related discipline.
