well-established accountancy practice based on the North Side of Dublin is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with a diverse range of clients and gain exposure to a broad scope of accounting responsibilities within a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements for limited companies and sole traders Preparation of audit files with direct reporting to the Audit Partner Processing of corporate and personal tax returns Preparation of quarterly management accounts for the firms largest clients Submission of Company Secretarial returns for limited companies Handling ad hoc tasks as required Direct liaison with clients strong communication skills are essential Requirements: Fully qualified ACA or ACCA 23 years' post-qualified experience in a similar accountancy practice role Proficient in preparing financial statements in line with current accounting standards Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with a range of accounting software; proficiency in Surf Accounts Production and Xero is an advantage Fluent spoken and written English Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: €55,000 €65,000, depending on experience Continued professional development and paid CPD support Contribution towards professional membership fees Generous annual leave Hybrid/remote working options available following probation Clear career progression opportunities within the firm Supportive and collaborative team culture If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking to build your career in a reputable practice, we would be delighted to hear from you.
