The Role Manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing a mix of corporate and personal tax services, accounts preparation, audit, and advisory. Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients. Work closely with prestigious clients while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance. Requirements ACA or ACCA-qualified Chartered Accountant. Ideal for newly qualified accountants or those with a minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a practice environment. Broad experience in audit, accounts preparation, and tax is preferred. A strong interest in developing deeper tax expertise is essential. Knowledge of Relate, Xero, and TaxPro is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
