Job Description:

- Responsible for designing and developing systems and solutions that integrate software, firmware, boards, and silicon/SoC components, focusing on customer requirements and implementation limitations throughout the system lifecycle.

- May be responsible for systems architecture and definition, translating business opportunities into use cases and developing product specifications for hardware and software to meet system requirements.

- Leads design, analysis, and implementation of component choices across integrated systems, considering performance, features, cost, risk, usability, reliability, security, availability, maintainability, sustainability, and quality.

- Defines system implementation and integration plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability of hardware and software components.

- Delivers end-to-end technical solutions, including deploying solutions, benchmarking, and documentation.

- Collaborates with other teams to analyze next-generation requirements and may influence research and academic collaborations, including proof-of-concept projects.

- Guides and conducts lab experiments for proof-of-concept innovations and new features.

- Simulates real-life environments in labs and analyzes prototype performance.

Experience:

- System engineering DSP experience

- Background in IC design

- Knowledge of communication systems (desirable)

- MATLAB/Simulink (desirable)

- Experience with ASIC and/or FPGA architectures

Qualifications:

- Relevant Electronic Engineering qualification (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience
