Quality Measurement Specialist - Arabic Responsibilities

1. Perform expert review of content and ads on Meta's platforms ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies.
2. Gather and deliver market-specific insights on Meta's platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Meta's Customer Support outcomes.
3. Communicate market-specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes, and tools.
4. Partner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans.
5. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material.
6. Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at a global level.
7. Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree and/or master's or equivalent experience.
2. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential as this role will involve working on issues in the local language.
3. Capacity to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
4. Analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
2. Familiarity with KPI management, quality assurance, and process optimization.
