Purpose:

Compliance & Risks is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize the HubSpot platform, supporting business growth and operations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. Your main focus will be the administration, configuration, and ongoing management of our HubSpot instance, ensuring CRM integrity and adoption. You will work a hybrid schedule with time split between your home office and our Cork location.

Key Responsibilities Areas(KRAs):

HubSpot Platform Administration:

- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the HubSpot platform.
- Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of HubSpot, including user and role management, workflows, pipelines, and custom fields.
- Oversee CRM data quality, hygiene, and integrity to ensure accurate, meaningful information.
- Monitor system usage, user adoption, and data compliance; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Document and maintain business processes and workflows within HubSpot; deliver training to team members as required.
- Support go-to-market teams by implementing and enforcing processes within HubSpot and integrating related tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav).
- Stay updated on new HubSpot features, recommend improvements, and drive system enhancements aligned to business needs.
- Assist in managing connections between HubSpot and other business-critical technologies.

Reporting, Analytics, and Process Improvement:

- Generate and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports from HubSpot for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Provide basic analysis and insights related to sales pipeline, client engagement, bookings, and revenue using HubSpot data.
- Support board meeting preparation with relevant HubSpot-based reports and dashboards.
- Analyze system processes and user adoption data; recommend changes to promote best practices and efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years' experience working within a CRM related role; direct experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot administration, including workflow automation, data management, and integrations.
- Experience with change management, user training, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and presenting metrics/analysis from HubSpot.
- Creative, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with other business intelligence tools is a plus.
