About Your New Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team in Cork. This is a 3-month contract role that involves working with the Privacy and Compliance department.



About Your Job Responsibilities:
  • Process and respond to requests from legal and law enforcement agencies for customer information access.
  • Respond to standard-level requests using pre-prepared response templates.
  • Search internal systems and retrieve relevant information for standard-level responses.
  • Raise requests to appropriate management levels.
  • Record and report on all requests, responses, and issues in relevant databases.


The Skills We Need:
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, specifically handling high volume emails.
  • A background in legal studies.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working with computers and technology.
