Once the programme is complete the programme you will be placed on a fast paced desk that directly impacts Susquehanna's performance. Our Programme: As a Trading Operations Analyst you will be exposed to the full life cycle of Susquehanna's trading activity and develop a fundamental understanding of the industry and trading environment which Susquehanna operates in. Trading Operations work at the intersection of trading, technology, and external counterparties, where you are empowered to develop strong relationships and work on exciting, valuable projects which have real impact and contribute to our success. Working alongside our team you will develop an in-depth exposure to all the different trading desks and business areas at Susquehanna with each rotation incorporating hands-on experience and real-time projects to add value. If you have a keen interest in the financial markets, collaborating with traders while up-skilling technically then Trading Operations could be the role for you.
