Position Overview:
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with their experienced team to assist in the management of costs and contracts throughout the project lifecycle. From tendering and procurement to final account settlement, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying within the dynamic environment of large-scale residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
- Conduct cost analysis and estimate project budgets
- Procure materials and subcontractors in line with project requirements
- Monitor project progress and variations to ensure cost control
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve commercial issues
- Assist in the preparation of interim and final valuations

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Previous experience or internship in Quantity Surveying (preferred but not essential)
