Quantity Surveyor (Civil) | Denmark | c.€95k to €115k, Bonus, Pension, Accommodation, Site Allowances

Exciting QS roles (Senior & Intermediate) to work on the €7Bn+ immersed road/rail tunnel, the longest in the world, connecting Denmark & Germany all accommodation provide which is very advantageous.

Duties include:

- Manage all subcontractor accounts for various elements of the project including earthworks, heavy civils, drainage, marine & precast concrete.
- Monitor & prepare the valuation of claims/variation orders in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Claim Managers, Cost Controllers, Risks Managers) to ensure all requirements of the client, subcontractors, technical & commercial are captured.
- You will join the JV contractors’ commercial team to manage, prepare, monitor valuation claims, & variation orders. Open to QS with contractors or consultancy experience.
- The construction programme is over several years, attracting commercial & civil engineering experts to deliver this key international infrastructure.
