Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessor Location: Dublin / Hybrid (On-site visits + Work from home) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Base €48k and OTE €55k + Overtime + Benefits About Us Kapture is a creative media company transforming the real estate marketing space across Ireland and the UK. From photography and video to virtual tours and energy ratings, we help agents and developers present properties at their absolute best. We're now looking for a qualified BER Assessor to join our growing team and help provide efficient, compliant, and insightful energy ratings for both residential and commercial properties. Your Role As a BER Assessor at Kapture, you'll be responsible for: Conducting on-site energy assessments for homes and buildings in line with SEAI standards Inputting data into DEAP/NEAP software to generate official BER Certificates Providing advisory reports and communicating potential energy efficiency improvements to clients Coordinating with our creative and admin teams to streamline reporting Staying up to date with SEAI guidelines, building regulations, and relevant technologies What Were Looking For SEAI-registered BER Assessor (Domestic and/or Non-Domestic) Strong working knowledge of DEAP and/or NEAP software Excellent attention to detail and understanding of Irish building standards Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Friendly, professional manner when interacting with clients and colleagues Valid driver's license (if travel is required) Experience in the property or energy sector is a bonus What Youll Get Competitive salary + paid overtime Flexible work model (work from home + site visits) Company support including phone, equipment, and admin tools Opportunities to upskill and grow within a fast-moving, innovative company Friendly, collaborative team environment
