BER Assessor Job Summary
A qualified BER Assessor is needed to join our team and provide efficient, compliant, and insightful energy ratings for residential and commercial properties.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site energy assessments for homes and buildings in line with SEAI standards. You will input data into DEAP/NEAP software to generate official BER Certificates and provide advisory reports and communicate potential energy efficiency improvements to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-site energy assessments for homes and buildings in line with SEAI standards.
2. Input data into DEAP/NEAP software to generate official BER Certificates.
3. Provide advisory reports and communicate potential energy efficiency improvements to clients.
4. Coordinate with our creative and admin teams to streamline reporting.
5. Stay up to date with SEAI guidelines, building regulations, and relevant technologies.

Requirements:
SEAI-registered BER Assessor (Domestic and/or Non-Domestic). Strong working knowledge of DEAP and/or NEAP software. Excellent attention to detail and understanding of Irish building standards. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Friendly, professional manner when interacting with clients and colleagues. Valid driver's license (if travel is required). Experience in the property or energy sector is a bonus.
