About The Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Financial Controller with IFRS and/or French GAAP experience. You'll be responsible for pulling together our accounts and will report to the Head of Accounting as part of our team in France.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with French GAAP and IFRS

Coordinating the accounting and month‑end closing process

Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting

Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts

Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and the latest changes in French GAAP, IFRS, and group policies are implemented

Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control

Participating in annual and interim audits

Advising on accounting and reporting issues

Contributing to and defining consolidation, as well as financial control processes and procedures

What You'll Need

4+ years of banking experience in a similar finance and/or controlling role

Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience with IFRS, consolidated financial reporting, and/or French GAAP

A structured and logical approach to solving problems

Excellent analytical skills and a 'can‑do' attitude

Experience within a fast‑growing organisation

Great motivation and focus on delivery

A business school or university degree in accounting, management, or economics

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech
