We are working exclusively with our client, an European renewable energy company who is establishing itself in Ireland, in looking for a Project Manager – Wind/Solar Energy.

Our Client's vision is to make renewable energies accessible, economically viable and a 100% sustainable.

The role would involve working projects in various locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing projects to completion including interaction with stakeholders, landowners and project team members both internal and external
- Pre-construction and construction project management
- Engineering contract preparation, negotiation, tendering, management and reporting
- Worked closely with finance team to ensure budgeting and cost control requirements for internal and external contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

- 7-10 years' experience in pre-construction onshore wind/solar project development
- Detailed programming and budgeting experience
- Stakeholder engagement (EirGrid/ESB, CRU, An Bord Pleanala, H&S, County Councils, Landowners, Lawyers, Procurement Manager, Financial Controller)
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
