Accounts Payable administrator About the job ProconPumps Europe Ltd (Formally known as Standex Ireland Ltd) have been a prominent employer in Mountmellick since 1978 and are now recruitingan AP Administrator to assist in the Finance Team reporting to the Finance Manager. Duties Management of incoming supplier e-mails including transfer to document management system Process invoices through document management system Matching of invoices to PO's and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place Enter invoices in a timely manner into ERP including coding if necessary Preparation of month end reconciliations and reporting, including creditor reconciliations Resolve discrepancies and communicate with suppliers regarding payments & inquiries. Other ongoing ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise Requirements 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position. Prior use of accounts payable accounting system (preferably an ERP). Possess excellent administration skills and good attention to detail Excel knowledge is a must.
