Site Manager Fit-Out Projects Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: Competitive + benefits Dunwood Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading construction company to recruit an experiencedSite Manager for high-profile fit-out projects in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee technically challenging projects and ensure delivery to the highest standards. Role Overview Reporting to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong fit-out background and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. About the Projects Projects include high-value fit-out works for commercial, life sciences, data centre, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, managing subcontractors, and maintaining excellent client and design team relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee site operations and ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service. Plan, co-ordinate, and execute works in line with contract documents and programme schedules. Manage and motivate subcontractors and site teams to achieve project goals with minimal rework. Report progress accurately and promptly to Project Manager / Contracts Manager. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners. Work closely with the project QS to highlight and resolve commercial issues. Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project execution. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Computer literate, familiar with MS Office and scheduling software (MS Project or similar). Keen eye for finishes and quality, with a track record of delivering projects on time. Commercially aware and able to manage budgets and subcontractor performance. Self-starter, capable of working under pressure and motivating teams.
