Key Responsibilities: Handling administrative tasks related to construction projects, including document management, scheduling, and reporting. Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) for efficient record-keeping and communication. Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining databases, processing invoices, and assisting with procurement tasks.
