Property Manager (with Block Management) - 12 Month FTC    

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with strong Block Management expertise to join our clients team in Co. Meath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across the Greater Dublin Area.
You’ll oversee between 8–12 portfolios, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, financial control, and excellent service delivery to owners and residents.

Salary & Benefits:


€70,000 salary (DOE)
12 Month FTC, full-time position
Hybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Duties & Responsibilities:


Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across Dublin.
Oversee all aspects of Block Management, including maintenance, compliance, and client relations.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, service charges, and financial reports.
Organise and host Annual General Meetings (AGMs) – all held virtually.
Ensure statutory compliance and best practice in property management.
Liaise with contractors, residents, and management company directors.
Utilise Blockman software for efficient portfolio and client management.


Essential Requirements:


Proven experience in Property & Block Management (minimum 3–5 years).
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and service charge management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Blockman or similar property management software.
Ability to manage multiple developments effectively.
ARPM, MIPFM, or similar professional qualification (desirable).
