Commercial Manager

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking property developer, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team. Specialising in high-profile residential and mixed-use developments, this company is known for delivering innovative and design-led projects across the region.

As their trusted recruitment partner, we’re looking for a commercially driven individual to take ownership of all financial and contractual aspects across multiple development projects — from land acquisition and pre-construction through to final delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of development projects
- Prepare, manage, and forecast budgets and cost plans
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and tender processes
- Ensure strong cost control and value engineering practices
- Manage risk assessments and financial reporting
- Work closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders

About You

- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in property development or construction
- Strong knowledge of JCT and other standard contract forms
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (RICS preferred)
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and a strong team player
