Senior Engineer Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager and wider site team by providing strong technical guidance throughout project delivery. Liaise daily with the project team, design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination of works. Perform technical verifications of civil and structural designs, models, and drawings. Implement and oversee quality assurance procedures, including concrete pre/post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolving technical issues. Assist in maintaining and promoting safe working practices and compliance with site safety standards. Monitor and record materials, plant, logistics, and project progress. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company procedures. Necessary Requirements: Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role with a recognised main contractor. Proven experience delivering large-scale building projects such as high-rise, residential, or commercial developments. Excellent IT skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
